Single Membership: $150
Single OFAH: $47
Family OFAH: $59 (includes spouse and children under 21 years of age)
Initiation Fee (one time) $35.00
Dues are to be paid by February 15
Member's Pledge:
That I will actively participate in club activities, work parties and serve on committees as
requested by the executive. That I will abide by all rules of the club and exhibit at all times the best traits of a true “Sportsman”.
To Qualify for Membership:
● must be at least 18 years of age,
● must attend a minimum of three (3) club events, and two (2) business meetings prior
to their approval meeting,
● complete an application for membership being sponsored by two members in good
standing
